1. Service and publisher
Loci is an educational service from SAS SYNBIOTIQUE, Passage de la Plagne, 09420 Rimont, France, 995 378 114 RCS Foix. Recall, association and memory palace exercises do not diagnose or treat a medical condition. Results describe completed exercises and do not guarantee a measured health or memory improvement.
2. Account and access
Use your own email for a private account. Keep passwords, codes, authenticator keys and recovery codes confidential. Minors must be supervised by their legal representative where required by law. Family mode is shared by everyone with its password and does not protect profiles from each other.
Do not impersonate others, send unsolicited code requests, access other people’s data or disrupt the service. Access may be limited where necessary to address abuse or an incident, proportionately and subject to your mandatory rights.
3. Content and backups
You retain the rights you hold in personal content and allow storage and display as needed for the service requested. Respect others’ rights and avoid sensitive data. Mobile practice stays local, without automatic website synchronization. Protect exports; importing can replace existing local data.
4. Price and mobile versions
The current website has no checkout or subscription. A paid mobile version is being prepared; these pages are not a sales offer or confirmation of store availability. When a version is offered, its listing and checkout will show the tax-inclusive price, purchase terms, guarantees, applicable withdrawal rights and family sharing. Store terms and mandatory consumer rights will apply.
No in-app purchase or subscription is implemented in the current version. Apple’s standard licensed application agreement is intended for a future Apple release unless a valid custom agreement is adopted.
5. Availability and rights
Maintenance or an incident can make the service unavailable. These terms do not remove statutory remedies or guarantees, including protections for digital content and services where applicable. French law applies without removing a consumer’s mandatory protections in their country of residence or their right to use a competent court.
6. Leaving and contact
You can stop using Loci and delete your account. Delete exports and local backups separately. See the privacy policy for data rights.
